FAQ's

How will I know my order has been sent?

You will receive an automated email from our website confirming that we have received your order. And then you will receive another email from us with the tracking information when your order has been posted.



How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are based in Townsville, North Queensland so it will depend on where you are located. As we are very prompt at processing orders, orders placed by 2pm on a business day will go out the same day. In peak periods such as leading up to Christmas there may be greater delays so do plan ahead and get your orders in early. If you are in Western Australia, orders take a minimum of 10 business days so if you require your order sooner or in a hurry select Express Post and although we are outside guaranteed next day delivery it will get priority shipping.

Due to Covid restrictions on some postal centres and heavier traffic of postal services, there may be some delays in your parcels reaching you - this is beyond our control. Therefore we recommend you select Express Post if you need items sent priority shipping - they will reach you sooner than regular post.





Do you post Internationally?

Yes we do use Australia Post Air freight to select countries: New Zealand, USA, Canada, France, Ireland, UK and Netherlands. If you would like to request posting to another country please email us to see if we can arrange it: sales@angelfishdragonfly.com.au

COVID UPDATE: Due to restrictions and slower posting we have suspended our auto freight for overseas orders. If you still wish to place an order to be sent overseas - outside Australia, we are happy to accommodate you and can organise this manually.

 





Can I order from overseas to send to my family/ friends in Australia?

Yes this is certainly possible. Just place their address in the 'To' section to send the order at the checkout.



Do you gift wrap?

Yes we certainly do - select your choice of paper at the checkout and you can also select to add a note to the gift.



I can't decide - can I purchase a gift card?

Yes we can arrange this easily - just click of 'Gift Vouchers' in the top the bar on the right. 



Do you have gift cards to add to my gift?

Yes you can select from some lovely Australian made and designed cards in our Party section or click on gift card at the checkout to add a personalised gift card to your order for $2.00. Then just write your message in the comments box at the checkout and we will happily arrange this card to go with your gift. Alternatively if you purchase one of the other gift cards we can also write a message in that one for your recipient. 





If I am giving a gift, will they know how much I spent?

No - we will not send a receipt with the gift. It will be emailed directly to you, therefore saving the environment and your gift recipient will not know how much you spent on your gift. Likewise we will not put an order slip in with gifts so they will still get a surprise upon opening it.

What do I do if I change my mind after purchasing?

We are happy to exchange your product for one more suitable. You can elect to take a store credit to use later. Refunds are as per our Terms and Conditions and only available on faulty goods after we have assessed the item in question and approved the refund (please see full info on this in Terms and Conditions). The customer must pay for the shipping costs even if the order has not been sent to recover our pre-paid packing satchels used. 



Do you supply wholesale or do you do bulk discount groups?

No - we are a retail store so we do not supply wholesale. 

No - we do not offer discounts for bulk buying. Our prices are very reasonable and we do not barter on price of the goods. Please feel free to join our VIP group to get the best offers.





Why is my discount code not working?

  • It may be an out of date code
  • codes can only be used on full priced items unless otherwise specified
  • you cannot use more than one discount code per order
  • if you feel it is none of the above, please email us to sort it out for you as an error may have occurred.
