Your child's face is hand painted and meticulously hand embossed - an age old printing technique dating back to the 1400’s. I emboss (or press) precious pieces of European antique lace into beautiful French paper - a truly exquisite marriage of textures.

Archival inks, pencils and the highest quality watercolours splash the paper ensuring it becomes an heirloom to treasure for years to come.

In the era of endless selfies, digital art and mass production, my portraits are a long lasting story. I want it to speak a language a 1000 words can't describe. It's the language of LOVE.

Portraits cost a total of $545 and include registered postage throughout Australia. Registered overseas postage is $35AU. There are 2 approval points to ensure you are 100% happy at the end.

Afterpay, Paypal, Credit Card and Bank transfer are all payment options.

We are one of only 5 boutiques selected by Col to take her bookings for her.

Your booking will be reduced to around 3 - 4 months and you go into the next available quarter sitting. If you need it for a special occasion / date please email Angelene to discuss and we may be able to find a date to suit.

The image is for one child per booking. Booking fee is $75 deposit and then the balance will be paid directly to Col. Total cost is $575.

"Please note all my portraits are on the same beautiful quality french creamy white paper. It's hard to photo embossed paper so they may look different below. Embossed with antique french laces.

When it is time to start your order, I will contact you to provide a photo and choose the perfect design to suit your little one's personality.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Angelfish Dragonfly, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is outlined below and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused, unworn and in original condition
Returned with original tags attached
In original packaging where applicable
Suitable for resale
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Change-of-mind return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Original postage costs are not refundable.

Sale items may be returned for change of mind unless clearly marked Final Sale or No Change-of-Mind Returns at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, subject to availability and the conditions above. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, defective, does not match its description, or we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy, including to sale items. We will provide the appropriate remedy where required, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

For faulty or incorrect items covered by the ACL, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our 30-day change-of-mind policy does not affect these legal rights.
