We grew Getting Lost from a side hustle with an initial $3,000 investment into a multi million dollar export business. So we designed to turn our journey into a Getting Lost game so you could apply some of the same principles!

This game gets small business owners who sometimes feel lost in business to try different strategic tools and techniques to unlock new thinking.
Your Getting Lost Business Edition consists of two parts:

1 - The game

We think running a business should be fun, but we know first hand that it's not always.  So we’ve taken the things we learned in growing our business and turned it in to a game  – the Getting Lost Business Edition.

You'll find 60 challenge cards.  Half of them are "Quick Wins" - designed to be completed in under an hour.  The other half are "The Long Game".  These are the chunky, big things you can do to help your business thrive.

2 - The "notbook"

We know cards alone aren't going to be enough so to support you with you long game cards we've created a "notbook" (not a typo - it's a book in the style of a notebook with interactive pages and worksheets that you can scribble over as you grow your business).  

The notbook - A Guide to NOT Getting Lost in Business - is designed to be interactive and is packed full of examples of the wins, the stuff ups,  the lucky breaks and the (once we were done getting lost) strategic planning as we grew Getting Lost from a side hustle to a multi million dollar export business.  

It has 32 worksheets  with practical tools and tips that you can use as you plan your way to your own success.  As well as your physical notbook you will also be sent a download with the worksheets so you have extras to use!

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Angelfish Dragonfly, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is outlined below and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused, unworn and in original condition
  • Returned with original tags attached
  • In original packaging where applicable
  • Suitable for resale
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Change-of-mind return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Original postage costs are not refundable.

Sale items may be returned for change of mind unless clearly marked Final Sale or No Change-of-Mind Returns at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, subject to availability and the conditions above. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, defective, does not match its description, or we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy, including to sale items. We will provide the appropriate remedy where required, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

For faulty or incorrect items covered by the ACL, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our 30-day change-of-mind policy does not affect these legal rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

For change-of-mind returns, original postage is not refundable.
